This Means War had a good concept and a great set of actors ,but McG fails to utilize both.

Tom Hardy & Chris Pine were nicely paired and both do their best to their given roles.Reese Witherspoon was horrible in this movie.She completely failed to stand up to the acting standards set up by her male co-stars.

The story had a tried out concept.But it had lots of potential to make the film stand out.Unfortunately it used all the good stuff in the first half leading to a very dull second half.

McG as a director completely falls flat.The movie had a slow pace in general.The movie is an action comedy, but Mcg does his best to insert some drama scenes too, and those drama scenes turn up so suddenly that the viewer doesn't know whether its a joke or some serious issue.The climax is poor too.

Action scenes were the usual fare.The movie had some good comedy scenes but 90% of them were utilized in the trailers.

Overall TMW is a poorly made movie with a weak script and poor direction.The movie doesn't make any connection with its viewers.
