RECAP :Inception (2010) Review

ITS HERE...BY THE END OF THIS WEEK ,THE DARK KNIGHT WILL RISE...
Heres my final review for Nolan's 7th and one of the MOST MIND BENDING movies of all time ----INCEPTION

WALL·E (2008)

[an ever "green" classic]

WALL·E (2008)
IMDB- 8.5 (Top 250: #57)
RottenTomatoes- 96
RJG Rating- 100

Wall-E ,a trash compactor robot, works all alone on the deserted Earth, till one day he meets someone.

Starring- Ben Burtt ,Elissa Knight ,Jeff Garlin
Director- Andrew Stanton

Pixar's 9th movie and Andrew Stanton's 2nd as director (after Finding Nemo) ,Wall-E was another classic from the animation studio.

Animation is top notch as usual. This time Pixar & Andrew try a space environment. The space scenes are a beauty to behold ,while the rusting Earth is perfectly captured.Wall-E is superbly animated ,and his various actions are something that only animation of Pixar's quality can create.A new feature Pixar tried out in Wall-E was the use of live-action footage blended into the movie.

Now to Wall-E's story.Pixar takes up a mature and a very serious issue with Wall-E.Unlike the rest of Pixar's movie,Wall-E has a very depressing setting.A tale of a dead planet and one robot cleaning the whole mess is something that couldnt have attracted the younger audience. But even with such a serious issue ,Pixar ,just like the main character ,Wall E ,find fun in the little things that matter.
Wall E is also Pixar's first fully romantic movie.Yes,its between robots, but dont underestimate it ,its Pixar we are talking about.
The story was written by Stanton & Pete Docter. They both conjure a beautiful tale that turns Wall-E to be one of the best romantic movies.
Wall-E has one of the best set of characters among the Pixar movies. From Wall-E himself to Captain McCrea ,the movie boasts of extremely lovable characters.

Andrew Stanton ,of Finding Nemo fame ,brings yet another great adventure ,this time taking place in the vastness of space. As i previously mentioned ,the fact that the movie deals with serious issues ,doesnt hinder Stanton in bringing up some beautiful scenes.Wall-E does very less of talk and more of action. The climax is one of the best ,and heart touching scenes in movie history.

Wall-E gets across a very valuable ecological message as well and for that Pixar deserves all the praise it can get.

On release,Wall-E was another mega success for Pixar ,raking in universal acclaim for its main character as well for its ideas. It got 6 Oscar nominations ,the most for any Pixar movie (as of 2012).

Overall,Wall-E is another classic from Pixar and one of the best of all time.
