Dan Harmon ,the creator and the main guy
who brings us Community has been fired/kicked out.Its being said that
David Guarascio and Moses Port (writers of not so great shows such as
Happy Endings, Just Shoot Me etc ) have been hired to replace Dan.
The main concern for fans will be whether Community would remain the
same as it was under Dan ,or would it undergo a complete makeover under
the new show-runners.
In my opinion ,i think Dan was the soul
of Community,and that his departure will just open Community to the type
of slapstick comedy/over the top drama that most TV shows suffer from.
Community was renewed for a 4th season (with 13 episodes),even though
thats great ,but i think Dan's departure is worse than the show getting
cancelled.
