Paranormal Activity's third outing disappoints once again but turns out to be better than the second...
The cast was much more likeable and the direction good but what lacks is the story...
Even though PA3 had a great concept, it ruined it..The first hour is basically the carbon copy of the previous movie,family starts experiencing random activities, such as door shutting,creaking etc..But its in the last half an hour any proper horror actually takes place..
The climax was amazing but it felt like the exact climax of "The Last Exorcism (2010)"....
Another problem were the trailers, almost none of the scenes appear in the movie..

The first part was awesome due to-
1-small cast [only 2 people,both parties get affected soon]
2-small house,thus less activity taking place at random locations and more excitement in one particular camera/room
3-no wasting time in lengthy character history,and getting right into the paranormal stuff

The second & third fails due to-
1-bigger cast [a whole family,]
2-cliched scenes [parent not believing what kids see till the end]
3-bigger houses and more cameras [small activities takes places]
4-lengthy introductions...proper horror sets in during the last 15min of a 90min movie...
