Liam Neeson does a great job once again.The whole movie rests solely on his shoulder and he doesnt disappoint.Maggie Grace has a bigger role in Taken 2 ,and she too gives a good role.Famke is wasted in the movie.

The story is not very different from the first part.Its less dark and not as intense as Taken.Theres nothing new in Taken 2.The dialogues which are obviously inspired from the first ,dont have the same intensity.The entire plot is much simplistic too.

Direction by Olivier Megaton is average.Even though the movie isnt fresh ,he has tried to make it a good thriller.He could have taken upon a darker topic but by diluting the original plot ,Taken 2 loses much of its attraction.

Overall ,Taken 2 might not be as good as the first part ,but Liam Neeson makes the movie worth a watch.
