The Vow is based on a true story ,and is lead by stars of some major chick flicks.Channing Tatum (Dear John) & Racheal McAdams (Notebook) as the lead pair are close to perfect and have a charming chemistry with each other.McAdams was the steady performer, while Tatum had some great lines every now and then.
Story is straight forward.It has its moments but sometimes it gets dull in a few places.But their is freshness to the whole approach tried out here.The movie could have been a melodramatic movie,but thankfully it doesnt.
Overall,this is only for viewers who like chick flicks,while others may find it boring and tedious.
