How I Met Your Mother [7x21]

How I Met Your Mother [7x21] Now We're Even

TV com rating-8.2
RJG rating-8

Marshall tries to find out Lilly's dream partner ,while Barney takes up the challenge to live each night in Legendary mode.

This episode once again was fun but not as funny. The show is slowly entering the drama department. And the show is quickly wrapping up loose ends to make up for the season finale...

Two And A Half Men [9x21]

Two And A Half Men [9x21] Mr. Hose Says 'Yes'

TV com Rating-7.8
RJG Rating-7

Walden test runs his idea of having Zoey & her daughter move in and Alan moves into Lyndsey's place.

The show was partly funny and mostly repetitive. Its an ok episode overall..Alan has hit the pit with his new levels of desperation ,while Walden who was a kid in the first half of the season has suddenly became mature (for the better) .Jokes were pretty gross than funny.

Sherlock Holmes: A Game of Shadows (2011)

[a boring movie with plenty of action]

Sherlock Holmes: A Game of Shadows (2011)
IMDB-7.6
RottenTomatoes-60
RJG rating-45

Sherlock Holmes continues his chase of an equally smart Prof.Moriarty

Starring- Robert Downey Jr.,Jude Law ,Jared Harris
Director- Guy Ritchie

Robert Downey gives another good performance as Holmes. But still he is no where near the original Sherlock Holmes.Jude Law is also quite good as a supporting role.Naomi Rapace had little screen time.Jared Harris as Moriarty was bearable.

Story is was the most disappointing. The movie had the old, preventing the world war plot (which was made clear after half the movie was done)till then all we see is Holmes running along making wise cracks. The resemblance of Holmes to Capt.Jack Sparrow from Pirates of the Caribbean is unmistakable.

Direction was extremely poor. The pace of the movie was very slow ,and the events of the movie kept prodding along.Frequent explosions and fights were interesting but towards the end its over usage was pulling back the momentum of the movie.

The Action scenes were outstanding ,just like the previous version.Holmes' advance fighting strategies and some slow-mo explosions will interest the action junkies.

Overall Sherlock Holmes 2 is a time pass and will interest only action lovers and Downey fans.

Acting- 4/5
Story- 2/5
Direction- 2/5
Action- 4.5/5
Thriller-3/5

A couple of weeks before TDK hit the screens back in 2008 ,all viral sites for TDK were "hacked" by Joker, resulting in posters with hand written "HAHA" and Joker smiley faces...

Joker seems pretty fun in this trailer....
